JOB VACANCY - HELP TO CLAIM ADVISER
We are looking for a client-focused individual with experience of providing specialist level advice, to join as a Help to Claim Adviser (Universal Credit) and to help ensure clients get the support they need. This includes supporting with online forms, the evidence required, and verifying their identity using face-to-face interviews.
Job Title: Help to Claim Adviser (Universal Credit)
Location: Bridgeton - Glasgow
Hours per week: 35 hours per week
Type of contract: Fixed-term contract until 31 March 2020 (extension of the role beyond this date is contingent with securing future funding)
Salary: £23,500 per annum
